C.M.P.No.1526 of 2025 in C.M.A.SR.No.177010 of 2024 S.SOUNTHAR,J.

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 2 days in filing the above CMA.

2. Mr.Manoharan, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents and he has no serious objection for condoning the delay.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned. C.M.P.No.1526 of 2025 is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal and list the matter for admission, if it is otherwise in order.

5. The Registry is further directed to print the name of Mr.Manoharan, as counsel for the respondents in the cause-list at the time of admission.
