Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to clarify the order made in Crl.O.P.No.33676 of 2019 dated 19.12.2019 pertaining to the amount to be deposited by the petitioner in Crime No.681 of 2019.CRL.MP.NO.51 OF 2020] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.R.SENTHILKUMAR Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.P.SAVITHA Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition is listed under the caption for clarification on the ground that the petitioner who was directed to pay a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- to the defacto complainant to be revisited and direction should be given that the defacto complainant should execute a bond on condition.

2. The court has passed the order, directing to pay a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- to the defacto complainant. Hence, I am not inclined to re-visit the order which is listed under the caption for clarification. The order in Crl.O.P.No.33676 of 2019, dated 19.12.2019 is clarified accordingly.
