The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the FIR in Crime No.529 of 2013 was transferred to the file of the Inspector of Police, Keezhaiyur Police Station and it was assigned Crime No.252 of 2018. The investigation was completed and the final report was also filed for an offence under Section 302 of IPC before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagapattinam on 26.02.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
