ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 04.04.2019 passed by the second respondent, thereby dismissed the petitioner from service.

When this Court about to dismiss the writ petition on the ground of no merits in this petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to with draw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal as against the order passed by the second respondent, in the manner known to law. He also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

Considering the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
