ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition No.7(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 06.30 p.m until further orders, imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.28067 of 2024 dated 15.11.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation in this case is still pending.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28067 of 2024 dated 15.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every first Saturday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
