The present petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition No.7a imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.27535 of 2024 dated 30.10.2024 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

ah 2.Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).
3.In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, on everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
