ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28071 of 2024, dated 11.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28071 of 2024, dated 11.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.
