: Mr.S.Karthikeyan C O M M O N O R D E R These petitions have been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in DVA No.12 of 2016 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode, Erode District, insofar as the petitioners herein are concerned.

2. Pending Criminal Original Petitions, the respondent and the petitioners have amicably resolved the dispute among themselves and accordingly, they have entered into a compromise.

3. Today, when the matter was called, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that since the respondent is suffering form respiratory illness, she filed an affidavit dated 24.03.2018 before the Commissioner of Oaths, explaining her inability to appear in person before this Court to the effect that she has no objection, if the proceedings are quashed in DVA No.12 of 2016 insofar as the petitioners herein are concerned. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submissions made on either side and taking into account, the compromise entered into between the parties, the proceedings in DVA No.12 of 2016 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode, Erode District is hereby quashed, insofar as the petitioners herein are concerned.

5. The affidavit, dated 24.03.2018 filed by the respondent/M.Sathya, is hereby recorded and shall form part of the order.
