Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the First to Fourth Respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioners dated 16.07.2018 and 07.09.2018 and to cancel the Toll Collection Licence granted in favour of the Sixth Respondent dated 10.07.2018 in Na.Ka.No.L8/0356/2018 on the file of the Second Respondent and permit the Fifth Respondent to conduct reauction for collecting the licence fees from the temporary shop in and around the temple area namely 1) West side - Pugaiyilai Mandi Pidariamman Koil,

2) Ammapettai T.V.K.

Main Road Sengunthar Sundaraganapathy Thirukkoil and 3) East side Cuddalore Main Road Gate Pillaiyar Koil.

Learned Counsel appearing for the First and Second Respondents, on instructions, states that the representations dated 16.07.2018 and 07.09.2018 made by the Petitioners have been disposed by order Na. Ka. No. L8/356/2018 dated 11.07.2019 passed by the Second Respondent and he has produced a copy of the same. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner made an endorsement acknowledging it s receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

The Writ Petition stands disposed recording the aforesaid subsequent developments. If the Petitioners still have any grievance to be redressed in the matter, it is open to them to work out their remedy for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
