Upon reading the petition, filed herein, the Adjudication order of this court dated the 26th day of June 1997 and the Report of the Official Assignee of this court dated 07.09.2018, and Upon hearing the Official Assignee of this court, It is ordered as follows:

(i)That the order of Adjudication made herein and dated the 26th day of June 1997 against the insolvent M.S.Nathan be and is hereby annulled in terms of

Section 23(1) of the PTI Act, 1909.

(ii)That the Insolvency Petition be and is hereby closed.
