ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner herein under the guise of investigation pertaining to the complaint pending on the file of the respondent police. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent police.

3. The learned Government Advocate has submitted that based on the complaint given by one Rajkumar, C.S.R.No.634 of 2019 was issued and subsequently after enquiry, the said complaint was closed and hence, the question of harassment does not arise.
