PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from promoting the 4th respondent as B.T.Assistant (Science-Telugu), till a final order is passed by the 2nd respondent, in obedience of the order of this Court dated 19.11.2019, in W.P.No.27569 of 2016, W.P.No.14168 of 2018 and W.P.No.1746 of 2019. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents from promoting the 4th respondent as B.T.Assistant, till a final order is passed in accordance with the earlier directions given by this Court in a batch of writ petitions.

2.When this case came up for admission, this Court directed the learned Government Advocate to get instructions as to whether the earlier directions given by this Court has been complied with.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that the claim made by the petitioner has been rejected by the District Education Officer, Hosur, by his proceedings dated 24.01.2020. The order was also produced before this Court and a copy was also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition and liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the District Education Officer, Hosur, by his proceedings dated 24.01.2020, if so advised.
