The complaint is lying before the Court below from 2009. Both the parties contested the case vehemently and stands posted for final hearing today. Today a Joint Memo of Compromise has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent at the instance of the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners the matter has been compromised between the parties. It appears that the parties are closely related and the private complaint arose out of a misunderstanding and it is also resolved amicably.

2. In view of the compromise memo, the proceeding pending in C.C.No.60 of 2009 on the file of the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai is hereby quashed.
