ORDER
The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 26.04.2022 made by the petitioner within a reasonable time.
2. With regard to the rectification to be made based on the correction that has been made in the UDR patta issued in this regard for the land in question, the petitioner had given a representation to the respondents especially to the second respondent on 26.04.2022. However, since it relates to Natham property, orders to be passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the said representation was transferred by the second respondent to the first respondent. As the first respondent so far has not considered and no orders have been passed, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.
3. Heard Mr.S.Varanesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. 2/5
4. In view of the order going to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the private respondent is hereby dispensed with.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that, if at all the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 26.04.2022 has already been forwarded to the first respondent for consideration that would be considered and decided within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
6. Considering the said submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents and having regard to the aforesaid factual matrix as projected by both sides, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following orders:
That there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.04.2022 as the same has been forwarded by the second respondent to the first respondent, after hearing both the petitioner as well as the third respondent by 3/5
giving notice to them on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
It is made clear that the petitioner shall forward a copy of the said representation along with the copy of this order to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruchengode, Namakkal District, who on receipt of the same, shall do the needful as indicated above.
