This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass or threaten the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that so far no case has been registered as against the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the question of harassment does not arise. The allegations levelled in the affidavit filed in support of the petition are relating to a chit transaction.
