Kuppanna Gounder Died v. P.Iyyamperumal Died

C.M.P.Nos.1020 to 1022 of 2012 in C.M.A.No.2422 of 2004 R.MAHADEVAN,J C.M.P.No.1020 of 2012 has been filed to condone the delay of 3097 days in setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent in the above Appeal.

2. C.M.P.No.1021 of 2012 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent in the above Appeal.

3. C.M.P.No.1022 of 2012 has been filed to bring on record the respondents 2 to 7 herein as legal representative of the deceased 1st respondent P.Iyyamperumal and array them as respondents 3 to 8 in the above Appeal.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of both sides.
