WHEREAS the above matter was posted before Master's Court for orders on 16/12/2021, under Section 36 of the Presidency Towns Insolvency Act for giving evidence concerning a sum of Rs.32,150/- (Rupees Thirty two thousand one hundred and fifty Only) said to be due by the respondent to the Official Assignee.
AND WHEREAS the above Respondent did not appear before Court in person or by Advocate when the matter was called for hearing on 16/12/2021 .
WHEREAS this court did by an order dated the 16th day of December 2021 ordered that the fresh warrant be issued to the Respondent, Proprietor, Sri Selvaganapathy Telecom & Ice Cream Centre, to be arrested. YOU are hereby required to arrest the said.
