The Appeal Suit has been listed for final disposal since 10.07.2020. 2. When the matter was listed on the previous occasion on 12.02.2021, the learned counsel for the appellant was directed to take necessary steps within three weeks. Today, there is no representation for the appellant and there is no petition for bringing the legal representatives of the deceased parties.

3. Hence, this Appeal Suit is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
