This miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking amendment of the prayer in the writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has not raised any serious objection for allowing the amendment application without prejudice to their rights in the main writ petition.

3. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of the petition in WMP. No.69 of 2020 and the same is allowed as prayed for.
