The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the V Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.5480 of 2016 pending on the file of V Assistant City Civil Judge, Chennai.

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit for declaration of title and permanent injunction against the respondents. The suit is of the year 2016. It is agreed by both the learned counsel appearing for the parties that issues in the suit were already framed and trial is not yet commenced. 2/4

3. Taking into consideration, the suit was filed in the year 2016 and the issues were already framed, this Court is inclined to direct the V Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.5480 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible.
