When the Case came up for hearing on 22.06.2022, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner sought extension of stay only and the learned Counsel for the Respondents 5 to 7 sought time to engage the service of the learned Senior Counsel. Therefore, at request of both the Parties, the Case was posted to 05.07.2022.

2. Today when the Case came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks further time.
