ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking transfer of proceedings in S.T.C.No.163 of 2015. 2.It is seen from the e-court website of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Sankari, the following order is passed on 31.05.2016:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"Records perused. The Complainant present. The cheque was presented for, collection at State Bank of India, Erode Branch. As per the NI Act Ordinance 2015. This court has no territorial jurisdiction. In view of the decision of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature, Madras in Roc.No.1406/A/2006/GM, this bundle is transferred to the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Erode. The said transfer is informed to the Complainant."

3.From the above, it is seen that the entire case records in S.T.C.No.163 of 2015 has been transferred to the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Erode and the same has been informed to the respondent/complainant. Now the petitioner/accused is made aware of the transfer of the proceedings.
