This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings viz. Refusal Check Slip in Refusal No. RFL/WALAJABAD/17/2023 dated 27.11.2023 on the file of the third respondent and to quash the same and to direct the third respondent to register the sale deed dated 27.11.2023.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the relief sought for in this writ petition has been complied with. Hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
