ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the 1st and 2nd respondent in Crl.O.P.No.30132 of 2013, dated 20.02.2014 in Crime No.10 of 2013 on the file of the 3rd respondent.

2.No representation for the petitioner either in person or by her respective counsel.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 3rd respondent submitted that the 3rd respondent after completion of investigation in Crime No.10 of 2013, filed charge sheet before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Chennai in C.C.No.1285 of 2015, against which the 1st and 2nd respondent were filed quash petition in Crl.O.P.No.19136 of 2019 and this Court by order dated 24.07.2019 had quashed the proceedings.
