(The order of the Court was made by J.Nisha Banu,J.) Learned counsel for the contemnor would state that the entire pensionary benefits as directed by this Court in the order passed W.A.No.3356 and 3358 of 2023 dated 10.07.2024 had been deposited and the petitioners have already withdrawn 50% of the deposited amount, which is not disputed by the petitioners.

2. The contemnor would state that the petitioners can also withdraw the balance amount.

3. The petitioners are to liberty to withdraw the balance 50% amount which was already deposited.
