This contempt petition has been filed consequent to an order of this Court dated 18.10.2023 in W.P. No. 13307 of 2021. 2.

As per the proceedings of the second respondent dated 20.01.2025 in Memo No.054810/G.262/2023, which is produced by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, it appears that the petitioner has been offered with the post of Field Assistant, as he had passed only X standard at the time of attaining the age of 18 years. 3.

If the petitioner claims that he is suitable and entitled to get any higher post, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed on 20.01.2025 by way filing a fresh writ petition. 4.

As the order of this court has been complied, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
