The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to furnish the documents and statement of witnesses listed in Annexure-3 and 4 of charge memo issued in proceedings No.6308/Po1/2020 dated 03.08.2020 and other relevant documents sought for by the petitioner through his representation dated 28.08.2020 for making effective defense during the enquiry proceedings.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that the documents sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition will be furnished to him in order to enable the petitioner to put forth his defense before the departmental enquiry.
3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
