Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, the representations dated 20.02.2020 and 08.10.2020 from the petitioner to the 2nd respondent to include her name in the Provisional List of Selected Candidates for the post of Computer Instructor Grade - I (PG Cadre) after verifying her Certificates pursuant to Petitioner qualifying in the written Examination, dated 23.06.2019 conducted by the 2nd respondent.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representations made by the petitioner dated 20.02.2020 and 08.10.2020 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a post graduate in Computer Science as well as B.Ed graduate belonging to MBC quota and has qualified in the written examination conducted by the 2nd respondent on 23.06.2019 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

which she secured 82.8426 marks which is above the cut off mark. But in the failure to see the email sent on 02.12.2019 to upload her certificates as she was in a rural village, she lost her chance. Hence, she sent representations dated 20.02.2020 and 08.10.2020 to the 2nd respondent to consider her name in the Provisional Selection List which is not disposed till date. Since there is no action taken till date and the respondents are in a hurry in filling up the post, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing the writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. On a perusal of the Mark sheets produced by the petitioner, it is very clear that the petitioner is a meritorious student. Hence, this Court is of the view that a meritorious student needs to get employment. Therefore, if the petitioner fulfill all other conditions stipulated therein, the respondent shall consider the representations dated 20.02.2020 and 08.10.2020 of the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order

5. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
