ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents police to to withdraw the C.C.No.1185 of 2010 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.1, Attur and transfer the same to Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner was acquitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1 on 18.04.2017.

3.In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
