JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was pronounced by T.RAJA, J.) This Writ Appeal has been directed against the order dated 06.08.2010 made in W.P.No.5886 of 2010 by a learned Single Judge of this Court.

When the matter was called today, Mr.Ramesh kumar learned counsel for the appellant stated that since the appellant has obtained an interim order from the Hon'ble Supreme Court, they are not pressing the present Writ Appeal. Therefore, recording the same, the present Writ Appeal may be dismissed as not pressed.

Recording the submission of the learned Counsel for the appellant, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
