JUDGMENT

(Order of the Court was made by N.Sathish Kumar J.) Appeal Suit has been filed challenging the judgment and decree dated 25.06.2012 made in O.S.No.18 of 2006 on the file of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore.

2. When the appeal was taken up, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appellant is died and the legal heirs of the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the appeal, hence, further submitted that no steps has been taken.
