Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to give regular number to the Settlement Deed dated 13.10.2020 on the file of SRO, Tiruchengode, which was kept pending under Pending Number 104 of 2020 by the Respondent No.2 and release the same to the petitioners. ORDER

Originally W.P.No.9984 of 1986 had been filed. It is claimed that the said writ petition was allowed as against which Writ Appeal in W.A.No.201 of 2005 had been filed and that Appeal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

had been dismissed. Questioning the rationale behind such dismissal, Review Petition No.76 of 2021 had been filed and it is is said to be pending.

2. It would be only appropriate if the present writ petitioner is given liberty to approach the court once again after disposal of the Review Petition No.76 of 2021 or any other consequential petition/appeals therefrom.
