ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition, challenging the proceedings in C.C.No.46/2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Thiruvannamalai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that P.W.1 and P.W.2 have been examined in respect of the case in C.C.No.46/2014 and the said case was was posted to 28.5.2015 for examination of the other witnesses.

4. Hence, the proceedings initiated against the petitioner in C.C.No.46 of 2014 cannot be quashed. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points before the trial court. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
