O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, to dispose the O.S.No.198/2016 pending on the file of the Principal Judge, Chengalpattu.

2. This Civil Revision Petition is filed for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.198 of 2016 pending on the file of the Principal District Judge at Chegalpattu. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners /plaintiffs are being a Senior Citizen could not get the speedy disposal of the above suit. The trial Court is adjourning the suit without any valid reason.

3. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

4. This Court is not inclined to allow the Civil Revision Petition, since it has been filed for speedy disposal of the suit, which has been filed in the year 2016. However, considering the age of the petitioners, being a Senior citizen, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the trial Court seeking the relief of speedy disposal of the suit.

5. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
