This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to investigate the case in FIR No.1126 of 2020 and to file a final report within a stipulated period. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 27.09.2020, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of six months. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed either to file a final report or closure report, as the case may https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
