ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed as against the impugned e-mail communication dated 29.12.2020 issued by the second respondent in and by which the admission of this petitioner for Ph.D. Programme has been rejected on the ground that the required documents were not furnished by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.When this matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Thankasivan, learned counsel for the University would submit that the provisional admission of the petitioner to Ph.D. Programme under the School of Law has been confirmed and he has received the communication through e-mail and the same has also been circulated to the petitioner.

3.Therefore, recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the petitioner is provisionally selected for the Ph.D. Programme, this Writ Petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
