The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondent to grant permission to conduct the dance programme which is scheduled to be conducted on 31.01.2019 at Sri Maha Mari Amman Kovil Thiruvizha, North Pudhupalayam Village by considering his representation dated 10.12.2018. 2.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation given by the petitioner dated 10.12.2018 has been considered by the respondent and rejected for the reasons mentioned therein on 05.01.2019 vide his proceedings No.Na.Ka.No.02/Ko/Ka.Ni/2019. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition 3.
