ORDER

Seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 16.04.2015 and to investigate the same in accordance with law , the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.According to the complainant, the land purchased by him in the year 2009 was onceagain sold away by the accused persons to the third party. Hence, the petitioner has preferred the present complaint.

4.It is seen that the complaint was sent by the petitioner through post to the respondent police. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint dated 16.04.2015 is not available with the respondent police.

4.Under such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to give fresh complaint in person to the second respondent and on such presentation, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and proceed further as per the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
