O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the letter dated 13.10.2022 of the third respondent instructing the bank to freeze the bank accounts of the petitioner.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the bank accounts were freezed on 12.10.2022 and it was informed on 18.10.2022 before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court. 3.In the light of the above submission, it is seen that there is no violation of Section 102 of Cr.P.C. Hence liberty is granted to the petitioner to move appropriate application before the concerned Court and seek for de-freezing the bank accounts. On filing of such application, concerned Court shall deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and shall pass orders within a period of two weeks after the application is made, after giving opportunity to the 2/4

prosecution.

4.This writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
