The prayer in the present petition is to direct the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR) Court, Thanjavur to consider the bail application of the petitioner herein on the very same day of surrender pertaining to the Crime No.9 of 2018 on the file of the Koothanallur Police Station, Thiruvarur District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
