Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents herein to take necessary and immediate action towards not to shift the TASMAC shop No.3830 situated in S.No.615/2C(1) at Kothal Rave Village, Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur District without following the due process of law by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.11.2023.

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.W.Camyles Gandhi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.K.Balakrishnan, learned counsel for respondent 3.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the TASMAC
shop should not be directed to be shifted.
3. The present petition is filed in the nature of a public interest. The person who runs the shop is not agitating against the same, however, the present petitioner is seeking directions not to shift the TASMAC shop. We cannot fathom such a petition.
4. The writ petition, as such, stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
