CMP.166 of 2015 in SA.No.796 of 1997 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., Mr.M.Sriram, learned counsel for the first respondent undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the proposed parties R10 & R11.

2.Since the proposed respondents 10 & 11 are the subsequent purchasers and they are necessary for adjudication, in the interest of justice the petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
