In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay of 146 days in filing the appeal suit stands condoned and this petition is ordered, on condition to pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority, on or before 25.12.2019, failing which, this petition would stand dismissed automatically.
