..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for writ of certiorari, calling for the records of the 1st respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3437/2020/A2/u.e (U) dated 21.11.2020 pertaining to the impugned resolution passed in the extraordinary meeting of the village panchayat held on 18.11.2020 and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
