ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to execute the non bailable warrant issued against the accused 5, 6, 8 to 10 in C.C.No.112 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Mettur on 16.11.2017.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that it will be in connection with the Non Bailable Warrant which is a subject matter of the present Criminal Original Petition, this Court granted anticipatory Bail on 25.01.2018 in Crl.O.P.No.365 of 2018.

3. In view of the same, no further orders are required for the present petition. Accordingly, Criminal Original Petition is closed.
