This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.419 of 2018, pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. The petitioner has been added as A2 in the F.I.R. There are allegations made against all the accused persons in the FIR. This Court cannot go into the truth or otherwise of the said allegations.

It is for the respondent police to investigate the same and find out the truth. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with FIR at this stage. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report or a closure report as the case may be within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
