Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned", at the instance of the learned counsel for the appellant.

2. Mr.Amar Dineshbhai Pandiya, learned counsel appearing for the appellants and Mr.A.Vinoth Raj, Standing counsel appearing for the second respondent are present.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that some typographical

error has been crept in paragraph No.11 of the Judgment dated 03.07.2025. The said paragraph No.11 is to be replaced as follows: "11. The compensation awarded by the Tribunal at Rs.58,800/- is enhanced to Rs.1,33,800/-. The respondent, Transport corporation is directed to deposit the enhanced compensation, less the amount already deposited, together with interest at 7.5% per annum, from the date of claim petition till the date of deposit within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Insofar as the enhanced compensation is concerned, the deficit court fee, if not paid, shall be paid by the claimants. The other directions issued by the Tribunal with regard to the mode of payment of compensation remains unaltered."

4. Registry is directed to incorporate the above paragraph No.11 quoted above and issue fresh order copy to the parties forthwith.

5. In other respects, the order dated 03.07.2025 shall remain unaltered.
