ORDER

The order dated 15.12.2023 in Crl.M.P.No. 9134 of 2023 in Crime No. 138 of 2023 passed by the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, is modified to the extend that one of the sureties shall be a surety related to the petitioner and need not be a Government Servant.

2. The petitioner has given details about his wife, who is prepared to stand surety. In view of that particular facts, the said wife T.Ansalna, provided she satisfies all other conditions to be considered as surety, maybe accepted by the Court.

3. To that extent, the order is modified.
