(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This miscellaneous petition has been filed to add some paragraphs in the factual matrix of the main affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and to that extent the prayer has been sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. Heard Ms.R.Vaigai learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners and Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, learned Additional Solicitor General for the respondents. Learned Additional Solicitor General would submit that already a counter affidavit has been filed meeting out the contentions raised in the main writ petition. When that being so, if additional facts are brought forth as sought for in this miscellaneous petition, chance may be given to the respondents to file additional counter.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Solicitor General, this petition is ordered with a liberty to file additional counter affidavit. Post the main writ petition for hearing on 13.03.2024.
