Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 17.08.2018 and consequently annual the election conducted on 16.08.2018 suffered with serious discrepancies and malpractices after due enquiry and verification of CCTV footage and to order for re-election for the 3rd respondent Cooperative Society to be conducted in the manner known to law.
